A New Look for the Blue Lamp Trust – Clearer Services, Same Trusted Support

The Blue Lamp Trust has completed a full organisational rebrand, alongside the launch of a newly redesigned website, to better reflect who we are, how we work, and the vital role we play in protecting vulnerable people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Clearer services, the same trusted support

We are pleased to share the launch of the refreshed Blue Lamp Trust brand and website, designed to make it easier for people to understand our services and access the support they need.

While our visual identity has evolved, our purpose remains unchanged: helping people stay safe, confident, and supported in their homes and online across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Why we’ve rebranded

Over recent years, the Blue Lamp Trust has continued to grow, supporting more individuals, families, and professionals across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

As our work has expanded, it became increasingly important that our brand and website clearly reflected who we are, what we do, and how people can access support. The refreshed brand brings greater clarity to our services and helps ensure people can quickly find the information they need.

Our new website has been designed to clearly explain the support we offer, what happens during a visit, and how individuals or professionals can make a referral.

Our services remain the same

While our look has changed, our services and values have not.

Our Safe Home and Safe Online services continue to provide practical, preventative support for people who may be vulnerable or at risk.

Both services are delivered face to face by trained technicians and volunteers, offering reassurance, advice, and practical measures to help people feel safer in their everyday lives. While many aspects of our support are provided at no cost, some items may be chargeable where appropriate.

Safe Home services are available across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Safe Online support is currently available within Hampshire.

What this means for you

This update does not change how you access our services or the support we provide. It simply makes our services clearer and easier to understand.

We remain committed to working closely with individuals, families, professionals, and partner organisations to improve safety, confidence, and wellbeing across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

If you would like to learn more about our services or make a referral, please explore the relevant sections of our website or contact our team.
